Responsible Individuals began as a WhatsApp group of friends who believed empathy must turn into measurable action. Those living-room conversations have grown into programs that blend design thinking, grassroots leadership, and the energy of everyday citizens.

The spark
Friends volunteering across Bengaluru pooled their experiences into a common charter—and Responsible Individuals was born.
Public launch
A grand launch at GHPS School brought together educators, parents, and industry leaders to kick-start our first programmes.
